Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Description
This Ron Ellis Frisell Humbucker Set is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light wear. This is a used item, so it may have minor scratching and minor wear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description.

Frisell set is lower output neck pickup combined with a Signature bridge pickup to match the neck. This custom set was originally made for Bill Frisell’s two Collings guitars.
The Frisell neck has superb clarity, balanced eq and note separation. Combining the Signature bridge with our custom Frisell neck delivers a blend of tone that is both clear and articulate while retaining hair, bloom, and Patent Applied For character on the neck. Between the two, there are many different tonalities to discover either alone or together.
This is one of Ron's favorite sets to play due to the balance and range the two pickups provide.
Note: After close inspection, this item is free of any major wear, marks and/or blemishes. (See pics)
