- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

This Squier Mike Dirnt Precision Bass is in VERY GOOD overall condition. Cosmetically, it is in very good shape but does show wear/blemishes in places. See below for a detailed description. It has been thoroughly inspected, set up nicely and guaranteed to play great when it arrives.

TOP: Finish scratching throughout; Impression below star.
BACK: Finish scratching and impressions throughout with scuff on lower edge.
SIDE(S): Impression/scratches on E string side lower bout; Impact near strap button along upper edge E string side.
NECK: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
NECK POCKET: Cracks/impressions on both sides of neck heel.
FINGERBOARD: No significant marks, blemishes, or wear.
FRETS: Little to no visible wear. No grooves or divots.
HEADSTOCK: Chipping/impressions on top and one on back edge.
HARDWARE: Intact and working properly.
PICKGUARD: Has pick scratching.
PICKUP(S): Intact and working properly.
ELECTRONICS: Intact and working properly.
