Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Description
This GigRig Wetter Box is in EXCELLENT overall condition. Cosmetically, it is very clean, only showing some very light wear. This is a used item, so it may have minor scratching and minor wear. Any significant marks will be mentioned in the description.

The Wetter Box is a two-loop parallel effects blender with a true stereo signal path, letting you run any two pedals side by side instead of one after the other, or blend a single effect against your dry signal for wet/dry. Each loop has its own gain control, LOOP B can be phase-flipped, and an expression pedal sweeps the blend in real time.
Mixing your pedals in parallel is a powerful way to unlock a world of potential and The Wetter Box ensures it's done right.
