Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

From the 1960 Guild Catalog:
Light in weight and easy to handle...a guitar built for the player who prefers the advantages of a slim instrument with a noteworthy range of performance. Extra-thin ivoroid-bound is 16-3/8" wide, 20-1/4" long, and 2" deep. An unusual combination of styling response, and Sound!
Has a slender, fast-action Honduras mahogany neck, reinforced by Guild's adjustable steel neck rod. Rosewood fingerboard is inlaid with pearl position markers.
Equipped with single built-in Guild "Frequency Tested" pickup, with separate tone and volume controls, plus individual string adjustment screws.
This '59 Guild Slim Jim T-100 is in good condition with considerable wear. It has binding separation on the top of the body, finish wear, finish checking, scratches, scuffs, chips, impressions, and a professionally repaired headstock break. It is all original except for the tuners which have been replaced with Schaller tuners. There are signs of a previous binding repair. The frets show moderate wear, but have some playing life left. The original Guild "Ghost" label inside the body is in good condition. This guitar comes with its original case, and a modern hardshell case for additional protection.
