Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.

Featuring a trio of Fender-Designed alnico single-coil pickups with 5-way switching and push/pull tone knob for engaging the neck pickup in positions 1 & 2, this Squier® Strat is teeming with tonal versatility. Other details include a string-through-body Tele® bridge for optimal body resonance, a slim and comfortable “C”-shape neck profile, a gloss neck finish for a slick yet confident feel, and vintage-style tuning machines for smooth, accurate tuning.
