Please note, Synchrony will advertise a standard interest rate of 29.99% interest—which is a default rate. Once you are approved, we will complete the transaction with the applicable 0% term for your item. At this point you are only applying for financing on Synchrony’s website, not completing a transaction.
After completing your application, call us at 412.343.5299 or use the website chat feature during regular business hours to complete your transaction.

Returns
Returns for Online & Phone Purchases
We’re here to make your online shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know about returns:
- Returns may be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 to obtain a return authorization number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons other than incorrect shipment or damaged goods.
- For items sold with “Free Shipping,” the initial outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Canceled/returned orders are subject to a 3.5% restocking fee to cover PayPal/credit card fees that are not refunded to Empire Music.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, or charge a restocking fee, if the returned item is not in its original condition. For instruments, please make sure that the manufacturer’s protective plastic is still intact on the pickups and pickguard, and all original packing materials are included.
All In-Store Purchases are Final.
