Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.

We do not accept returns on the following:

- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Phil Collen has wielded Jackson since 1986, and the Pro Series PC1™-E carries on the legacy of his landmark PC1 Dinky® — one of Jackson's first artist collaborations. Features a mahogany body, caramelized maple neck with graphite reinforcement, and ebony fingerboard with compound radius and 24 jumbo frets. Loaded with a DiMarzio® X2N® bridge humbucker, DiMarzio Sugar Chakra™ middle, and the PC1 Sustainer Driver (18V) for infinite sustain. Push-pull coil splitting, Floyd Rose® 1000 Series tremolo with locking tuners, black relic finish with gold hardware, and foam core case included.
