Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

The Martin 000-X2E Brazilian Burst Special expands the X Series lineup with upgraded style and performance. A satin solid spruce top in a vintage burst finish pairs with Brazilian rosewood-patterned HPL back and sides for classic Martin tone and exceptional durability in changing environments. The comfortable 000 body size and short 24.9" scale length offer balanced response and a relaxed feel, ideal for a wide range of playing styles.
Special appointments—including faux mother-of-pearl diamond and square fingerboard inlays, a single ring faux abalone rosette, and a unique Martin block logo on the headplate—set it apart from other X Series models. With built-in Martin E1 electronics and a softshell case included, it’s ready for wherever your music takes you.
