Returns
Guitars & Basses (Online & Phone Orders)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a
guitar or bass, here’s what you need to know:- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, call us at 412-343-5299 for a return authorization number.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent.
- If your item shipped with “Free Shipping,” the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- A 3.5% restocking fee applies to all canceled or returned orders to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
- Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials included. For guitars and basses, that means protective plastic must still be intact on pickups and pickguards; all accessories, case candy, and paperwork must be included; original box and packing materials must be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge an additional restocking fee if items are not returned in original condition.
All Sales Final
We do not accept returns on the following:
- In-store purchases
- Local Pickup Orders (Buy Online / Phone)
- Layaway sales and payments
- Closeout or clearance items
- Purchases involving trades
- Instruments modified at the time of sale or after (example: strap button or pickup installation)
- Amps, Pedals & Electronics. Due to the nature of electronic products, we do not accept returns on amplifiers, pedals, or other electronic gear. If your item appears defective out of the box, contact us immediately — we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on a warranty resolution.

Dressed in a custom Vintage Teal Burst top and contrasting cream pickguard, this special edition GS Mini is an enticing choice for summer travel, campfire jam sessions and any occasion calling for rich acoustic tone in a compact frame. The GS Mini-e Special Edition Vintage Teal Burst is crafted with a solid torrefied spruce top that yields a clear, warm midrange voice suited to virtually any playing style, with volume and projection that punch far above its small size. The scaled-down body makes for a comfortable, accommodating feel, while the narrower nut width and signature slim Taylor neck profile offer relaxed fretting at any skill level. Chrome tuning machines and classic 4mm dot fretboard inlays complement the striking top color, while ES-B electronics with a built-in digital tuner make it easy to plug in and play.
