Overview

We’re thrilled to introduce the 314ce LTD, a part of Taylor’s 50th-anniversary limited-edition 300 Series. Featuring Sapele back and sides, a Sitka spruce top, and hand-pleasing details such as a Venetian cutaway and satin neck finish—this guitar is a player’s delight. The torrefied Sitka spruce top is further enhanced by a subtle shaded edge burst finish. Appointments include Italian Acrylic Gemstone inlays, black fretboard binding, and Taylor Gold tuners. The guitar features ebony bridge pins with gold acrylic dots and a 50th-anniversary label. It comes with ES2 electronics and ships in a Taylor deluxe hardshell case.

Tonally, the solid sapele back and sides paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top, produces a punchy, shimmering midrange, along with a warm, woody low-end character to balance the vibrant treble range. Paired with V-Class voicing, players will love the clarity, projection, sustain, and responsiveness. With aesthetic appeal and sonic versatility, this is a high-performance, high-inspiration instrument.
